These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the First Light Hub platform ("the Service"), provided by First Light Software ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using First Light Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

First Light Hub is a cloud-based platform that enables customers and suppliers to manage orders, delivery documentation, goods receipt and invoicing in a shared, real-time workflow.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Upload harmful or malicious content

5. Data and Responsibility

You retain ownership of your data. However, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you submit through the platform.

First Light Hub acts as a facilitator of transactions and workflows between parties. We are not responsible for:

• The fulfilment of orders between users
• The accuracy of documents provided by other parties
• Commercial disputes between customers and suppliers

6. Fees and Payment

Use of the platform may be subject to transaction fees or subscription charges. Any applicable pricing will be communicated separately.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates or external factors may affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Light Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue or data arising from use of the Service.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
